At Fair Play Supply Co. we want you to love your gear.

Faulty or not as described
Under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, is not as described, or isn't fit for purpose. Email jamesbusiness544@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem and we'll sort it out. We cover return postage for faulty items.

Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage for change of mind is paid by you. Please contact us first at jamesbusiness544@gmail.com and we'll send you the return address.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and checking the return.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
